Super Smoothies for Great Health

Smoothies are a simple and delicious way to boost your health. Here are recommended smoothie recipes to get you started:

Breakfast Smoothie

1/4 Cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 Cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
1/3 of a banana
1/4 Cup of Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt if allergic to dairy)
1/4 Cup of almond, soy or coconut milk or water (add more to desired consistency)
1 x Scoop of Good Green Vitality.

Blend in Nutri-bullet and enjoy

Lunchtime Smoothie:

1/3 of a banana
1/4 Cup of Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt if allergic to dairy) or exclude
1/4 Cup of almond, soy or coconut milk or water (add more to desired consistency)
1 Medjool date, pitted and chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp of rolled oats
1 Tbsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of almond butter
1 Tbsp of ground flaxseed (LSA mix)
1 Scoop of Clean Lean Protein
2 ice blocks

Blend in Nutri-bullet and enjoy

Dessert Smoothie:

1/3 of a banana
1/4 Cup of Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt if allergic to dairy) or exclude
1/4 Cup of almond, soy or coconut milk or water (add more to desired consistency)
2 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
2 Tbsp of raw cacao powder
1 Tbsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of almond butter
1 Tbsp desiccated coconut
1 Scoop of Clean Lean Protein (Vanilla flavour)
2 ice blocks

Blend in Nutri-bullet and enjoy

Detox Smoothie:

2 Celery sticks, chopped
1/2 Cucumber, chopped
1 Apple – cored and sliced
1/2 tsp fresh Ginger, grated
Small bunch baby spinach/kale
Sprouts

Add a little filtered water to your Nutri-bullet, then top up with the rest of the ingredients and blend

Vitamin C Boost Smoothie (Ingredients make 2 serves):

1 Cup of blackberries
4 Sprigs of mint
2 Celery sticks, chopped
1/2 Fennel bulb with greens, chopped
2 Apples – cored and sliced
Small bunch baby spinach/kale
1 Handful of watercress
1 Small cucumber
1 Lemon peeled
1 Scoop of Good Green Vitality

Metabolism Boost Smoothie:

1 Cup filtered water
2 Celery sticks, chopped
1/2 Cup kale
1/2 Cup spinach
1/4 Cup fresh coriander
1/2 Cup of fresh or frozen pineapple
1 tsp of jalapeno chilli
